Highway to be stopped up

This campaign is a commentary on the redistribution of wealth within Bargoed, and the councils inability to reinvigorate the Highstreet after a combination of big business, and the bypass single handedly killed it. Bargoed Highstreet's a preverbal ghost town, dotted with the hollowed out husks of small business and long dead dreams with corporate tomb stones.
The councils inability to accommodate the needs of small business owners combined with rising business rates has destroyed any chance of an independent shop owner creating a sustainable future for themselves. that hope died a long time ago.@gwynedd_art
